1. Order Dispatch Timelines
All verified orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Threshold
- Orders ₹999 and above: 100% FREE Standard Shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 standard shipping fee applied at checkout.
- Online Prepaid Discount: Get ₹100 OFF automatically when paying online via UPI, Cards, or NetBanking.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Mobile OTP Verification
COD Pre-Dispatch Safeguard:
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a 4-digit mobile OTP verification prior to warehouse dispatch. A ₹49 courier handling fee applies to COD orders. COD is disabled for orders over ₹4,999.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your live tracking URL and courier AWB number. You can also monitor your shipment on our Track Order page.
