1. The "Fit Seal" Requirement
Every Meveia garment comes with a visible, branded "Fit Seal" tag attached to the waistline or seam.
How the Fit Seal works:
"Try your outfit at home, move, sit, and test the drape. Simply do not cut or remove the Meveia Fit Seal until you're certain it's your permanent piece."
2. Free Size & Style Exchanges
- First Exchange is 100% Free: We arrange a reverse doorstep courier pickup at no cost to you.
- Height or Waist Adjustment: If your Ready-Drape saree length or waist needs tweaking, we swap it for your preferred Height Profile (Petite, Regular, Tall).
- 10-Day Window: Initiate your exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery via WhatsApp or our Customer Care portal.
3. Refund Processing SLA (48-Hour Guarantee)
Once your returned package arrives back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team inspects the item within 24–48 hours.
Upon quality approval, your refund is credited back to your original UPI account or Credit/Debit card within 48 hours. For COD orders, refund is transferred directly to your bank/UPI account upon verification.
4. Non-Eligible Conditions
- Items with a cut, detached, or altered "Fit Seal" tag.
- Garments showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or washing.
- Customized alterations performed outside Meveia ateliers.
